Attendance Requirements:
All active members of the association must attend a minimum of three (3) regular meetings. Letters of explanation for failure to fulfill this obligation will be considered only if received by the Attendance Committee no later than 15 days after the missed meeting. Acceptance of the explanation shall be at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
Examples:
Baseball or Softball only:
1. You may attend an Interpretation Meeting, a Mechanics Meeting and ONE other meeting...3 meetings
2. You may attend a combination Interpretation/Mechanics meeting and TWO other meetings...3 meetings
Dual Members
1. You may attend an Interpretation Meeting and a Mechanics Meeting in each sport...4 meetings
2. You may attend a combination Interpretation/Mechanics meeting in each sport and ONE other meeting...3 meetings
