Member must have served in a positive capacity for the association (i.e.: Officer, Committee Chair, Executive Committee, Any Committee member, etc.)\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp style=\u0022margin-left:.5in;\u0022\u003EB. \u00a0Member must have distinguished him\/herself as an umpire representing the BCUA in a positive manner (i.e: County\/State Tournament, Charity)\u00a0\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EC. There must be no issue regarding integrity or honesty in their service to the BCUA.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp style=\u0022margin-left:.5in;\u0022\u003Ed.
